Located in Val Maravel, this 58 m² holiday home stays cool in summer and welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, wood stove heating in the living room (for cold seasons), and a dedicated workspace. For families, a baby bed, high chair, toys, and children’s books are available. Both the ground floor and upper level are accessible without stairs, and you’ll have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Outside, relax on your private terrace and enjoy al fresco meals with the barbecue. A jacuzzi shared with the owner is available for you to unwind, and there’s access to a children’s playground. Parking includes one on-site space. A shared washing machine is available. There’s a shared EV charging station in the parking area. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. The area is surrounded by walking paths, the GR91 trail, and forest tracks, all freely accessible. The house is visible from most points. The local flora is exceptional and wildlife is abundant: discover deer, roe deer, wild boar, badgers, lynx, hares, rabbits, many bird species from nightjars to kites, and numerous insects. A butterfly net is provided. The neighbor keeps sheep, cows, horses, and herding dogs. The rich local geology offers fossils, pyrite, and various stones. A true, peaceful nature retreat.
